The rooms were a good size with lovely views. The service was fantastic, just as we hoped.The employees were friendly and incredibly kind.The hotel's location was unbeatable, conveniently close to the railway station and public transportation stops.

The reason why I choose the Maritim hotel as it accomodated a conference I attended. The room is good and the service arrounf the conference fine (good koffie and beverages); Room price is fine, breakfast is fine but rather expensive.

The room was great-sized and brand-new with a comfortable queen bed. The setting was unbeatable, so close to the hot food selection, the railway station, business district, and public transport stops.

One side is next to a freight railway, and the other side on a very busy main road. So no open windows sleeping.

Staff was surprisingly cold and indifferent; not helpful

The staff was all polite and very nice. The location was fantastic, close to the train stations & the bus stations, it's a plus.

The breakfast had a lot of choices, but the quality was lower than expected (Hot courses were not really hot)

There was a bad smeel in all the floor from the elvator to the room door and especially in the room, where the smell from the toillett was very bad ; I was forced to have the window open ...

The location of this place is excellent, very close to a train station, and the staff are extremely polite and pleasant.
